Welcome to the Blackboard CE 8.0 Course Management System tutorial that is used by UTEP.  Blackboard and WebCT merged in October 2005; and although it is called Blackboard, you may be able to identify many of the familiar features that were in early versions of WebCT.  This version of Blackboard does NOT have the free 24/7 technical support.

Much of the information contained within in these tutorials for Blackboard CE 8.0 was obtained directly from the help feature.
